Finishing the Front Fence

Allen did quite a bit yesterday and today. He dug 4 trenches, piped in the sprinkler lines for the trenches he dug, finished the garden, and finished the front fence. We still have a gate to build, but it will be decorative and take some time. We hope to have it up by the end of summer. This is a huge improvement over the T-post and wire fence we've had up since we moved in.

Because we put the rails on an angle, Allen had a very small area to put a weld on. He spaced the rails based on where the horse fence had solid joints so that he could get a good weld on the little space where the two fences made contact.
